Fantastic company! From the folks and their communication to the deals they consistently offer, the delivery is top-notch, and the products are great. I've been with Monkey for over three years now, and I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. I have complete trust in them and hold them in high regard. They only dropped the ball once in all that time, but they were upfront about it, and I totally got it. It happened when a natural disaster struck near their factory about a year back, which made shipping impossible. That was totally beyond their control. Amazing quality items...folks gripe about the high prices, but how can you whine about shelling out a bit more for top-notch products...if you're really looking to get fit, there's nothing else out there that can compete.

I received my order pretty fast and was really happy with my tea. The reason I only rated it 3 stars is because of the delivery issues. On the first day, it didn’t arrive, and they just left a card. I called and requested them to drop it off with a neighbor. The following day, I came home and still no package. It was only when I checked online that it said it had been left on my front porch. There was no trace of it, and it wasn’t with the neighbor either. Later that evening, my husband took out the trash and discovered the package in the bin. So, I wasn’t too thrilled with the delivery service.

This product is incredible, but it’s a bummer that I’ll run out before they restock. That’s why I’m giving it four stars. I’ve told my family about it, and they’re all set to buy some when it’s available again.
